PDF format (16k) If you are interested in joining our association, annual dues for Regular or Associate Membership is $35 and for Student Membership it is $17.50. Annual dues are due on January of each year. To proceed toward membership, we need you to print out, fill in, and fax/mail the application form found online, or find a pre-printed version of the application in our newsletter.
